Billy Ray / Mark Grubb – Flintridge Proper

In a cocktail shaker add…

  • Egg white
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3/4  Avocado Honey Syrup (3:1 Altadena Avocado Honey & Water)
  • 2 oz.  Zaya 12 yr. Trinidad  Rum

1. Dry shake.  Then give it a good long and hard shake with big ice.

2. Fine strain into an Irish Coffee glass.

3. Top with a spray of Angostura.
